Plexamp v4.50.13-beta.2
Two new things in this one, plus a Linux fix that has been biting people.
Android APK
There is now a downloadable APK, for people who cannot or will not use the Play Store: https://plexamp.plex.tv/downloads.html
It is the same build Play ships, signed with the same certificate, so Play can still update over it in place and the app will tell you when a newer one is out. Both of those are brand new and have only been exercised in CI, so please shout if installing it over an existing Play build does anything strange.

That same page lists the current build for every platform, desktop and Android, on both the stable and beta channels. It reads the release manifests directly, so it cannot go stale.
Linux
- FLAC, AAC, ALAC, APE, Musepack and DSD play again. None of the decoder plug-ins had been loading since the 4.50 rewrite, which left Opus the only one available, so everything else either refused to play or fell back to transcoding. The AppImage, Flatpak and deb were all affected.
