Hi, I’m new to PLEX and ever since the newest Client APP for the Xbox has come out it locks up and the APP has to be closed from the Xbox dashboard after about a minute and 20 seconds of playing 4k videos. This was not an issue a few weeks ago when I first installed it but this past week, I cannot watch anything over 1080p. are there others having this same issue?
This happens to me sometimes, but maybe its a different issue than yours.
For me it sometimes happens when a 4k video starts ( doesnt matter from what time, if its new playback or a continue i mean ) then i can feel that its going to lock cause the audio is a bit out of sync. So in order to avoid the lock i just move the playback line a bit back or forth and this fixes the audio sync and also it doesnt lock the video.
