4K Low frame rate on Apple TV

Thanks to work for home, I started a new project of putting my 4K Marvel box set on to Plex. Everything has gone fine except I have an issue with Guardians of Galaxy vol 2 I cannot resolve. When I play it on my Apple TV 4K, its playing at a very low, but consistent frame rate of around 8fps, audio plays fine.

My setup
latest Plex server on 2013 Mac Pro, thunderbolt DAS. Apple TV 4K on an LG C7. Home network is CAT 6A, and speed tests I get 900+ mbps to the Apple TV. DAS is an 8bay RAID, and easily gets 600MBps+ read speeds. I choose audio other than TrueHD, the device plays back all other titles correctly in HEVC, no transcoding at all. All the 20 other odd Marvel titles work fine, just cannot not get GotG v2 to play correctly. File plays fine on VLC and through the Plex web on the Mac server.

I have tried removing the file, Plex dance, bring the file back.

Any ideas what else to try?

Thanks. Similar to my problems, but I’m not running a windows server, and it works fine for me on all but 2 titles. I ran one of the titles through handbrake and it works. I’ll try re-ripping the UHD, maybe that will help.
