500 internal error and logs filled with Caught expectation

Plex Media Server Logs_2019-04-01_11-44-21.zip (2.1 MB)
The server runs for about 20 minutes everything appears normal and everything stops. the logs give little details to the issue. the closest i have found is this one but i dont know what it mean.
