503 Maintenance "Plex Media Server is currently running database migrations

ia m new to Unraid and my Plex server is haveing what seems to be a common issue of “503 Maintenance error”
I have read a few threads but to run the fix of SQLlite3 I am struggling to work out how to actually do it… I have worked out the SQLite PRAGMA integrity check and there seems to be quite few errors.
Can anyone help with detailed instuctions please? I followed SpaceInvaders Youetube to run the PRAGMA integrity check. But the fix he had seemed to run and then just stop… So not sure if i can do anymore…
Any assistance is really appreciated and i am sure it will be value to the rest of the community

Please not this was not from an upgrade but a power outage.
If i move the DB files out and restart the Plex it opens correctly. If i re add the files back to the database folder the problem comes back.

What specific database errors are you seeing (from the integrity check and/or your server logs)? As far as database repair, running ChuckPa’s PlexDBRepair tool is probably the easiest way to do it. There are some cases though where it’s too corrupt to be recovered, in which case you could also try restoring a database backup (also available in PlexDBRepair’s via the REPLACE command).

Use PlexDBRepair as @DTR recommends. Try AUTO and see if that will repair the database.

That is a status, not error, message. Plex Media Server is migrating (updating) the database. For the most part, you should not stop this, as the process just restarts from the beginning.

Refresh the web page every few minutes to see if the process has finished. It will not auto-update.

The process usually takes just a few minutes. However, on systems with large databases and low power CPUs, it has been known to take hours.

If it is the same video I watched, he performs the steps out of order, and does not repair the database.

The PlexDBRepair will do a better job of repairing the db and is easier to run.
