A podcast that was re-launched with a new RSS can't be added

Hello, I listen to a podcast that has been migrated to a new RSS URL, and there seems to be a conflict within my online account that prevents any episode in the feed from playing. After deleting the old RSS feed it still showed as “recommended” in my account (as does any other show for that matter).

Since the new RSS after the podcast was re-launched included all of the prior episodes, I suspect there’s cached metadata within my online account that prevents the new RSS from being added.

Adding it shows it in “recommended” but no episodes will play and the result of the attempt to add it to “My Podcasts” returns “something went wrong: an unknown error occurred.”

Since podcasts aren’t in our local database there’s no way for me to fix this.

Is there a way my online account can be wiped of all podcast history so that I can re-add the one that won’t work otherwise? I’ve tried disabling podcasts entirely in my online account, but that didn’t remove the cache of prior shows I had subscribed to. After re-enabling podcasts a few minutes later all the old shows were still in the “recommended” list.

The show’s RSS is:

https://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:876912481/sounds.rss

The old feed is:

https://anchor.fm/s/19346b24/podcast/rss
