A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server

Installed Plex, granted permissions to the plex user on my music, photos and video folders, started the application.

Error message presented, " A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server."

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same issue.
