Computer: Asus Laptop model ROG Flow Z13 GZ301VV (Intel)
Problem: I start media server and sign in and get to a screen “how plex works”, click on “got it” and am directed to server setup where after some time it displays a message that “a problem has been detected with a core component of plex media server” where everything stops.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and cleaned out the Registry with the same result.
I note there have been a lot of queries about this problem over the past 5 years, and that a lot have expired after 3 months with no answer.
This is why I’m sending in a new query.
