A request to add more detail to the new media detail screens introduced with 7.1

I like the refreshed look on those screens, but can the team please add a little more detail ?

  • On the artist page we don’t see the year under the album thumbnail.

  • There is still no artist styles on the artist page, just broad categorization like “pop/rock” “international” “blues”. We know the information is there because we can see it using plexamp.

  • Maybe add country information on the artist detail screen ?

  • After expanding the biography on the detail screen for an artist, there doesn’t seem to be a way to collapse it on iOS.

  • About movies and TV shows detail screens, can we at least have writers and directors information ? I think a lot of people would find that more useful than studio information.
