Plex supports adjusting the offset for external subtitle files:
- Plex for Android (starting with release 7.10.0)
- Plex for Apple TV (starting with release 1.37 – according to this incomplete support article)
- Plex for iOS (starting with release 5.10)
- Plex Web (starting with release 3.93.0) – admittedly… here it’s brand new and currently only available using the hosted version of Plex Web -> https://app.plex.tv/desktop (not yet in the version of Plex Web installed on your local Plex Media Server)
I didn’t check all the other players but I suppose the feature should be available with systems that received updates in early 2019 (or being in the process of being rolled out to those).
