Today I’ve upgraded my plex server to version 1.15.4.994, unfortunately after upgrade my plex is no longer working. I can access the plex dashboard via server IP address but I’m getting message “Looking for servers” and “A server could not be found. Download and install Plex Media Server, and it will appear here.”
The server is definitely working:

I was able to access the server via SSH tunnel after I removed Preferences.xml and cache from the server, and i noticed that I had information about server is unclaimed and not secure so I claimed the server and the plex server stopped working even via ssh tunnel, after I removed Preferences.xml and cache I was able to access the server again but only via tunnel - when I’m trying to access the server via IP I’m getting the same problem “Looking for servers”
Server Version#: 1.15.4.994
Player Version#: 3.95.2
I’ve included plex media server logs to this post. Currently debug mode is enabled on my server which displays e-mail, username, public ip address of my server etc. in the logs which I would like to not share here.
I’m using HPE ProLiant DL160 with CentOS 7 - I’ve tried to downgrade plex server to previous version and everything started to work fine. The server was detected, I was able to watch movies etc. But I don’t want to stay on the old version forever. So I tried to upgrade it again, and I had the same issue - plex server is not detected. @ChuckPa please let me know if I can give you any information from my server to help you solve this issue.
I’m sorry for the delay. I’ve been trying to finish up packaging for Linux.
It’s gotten to be a mess and I’ve been trying to clean it up.
I hope: * 2 eth0 (ip.of.my.gateway.101) (loopback: 0) is either a proper WAN IP and this machine is remote somewhere -OR- your LAN is RFC 1918 compliant.
Someone is accessing it because the transcoder is running.
