I really didn’t know where to put this. Three days ago, I got a malware named GANDCRAB V5.0.4. It encrypted almost all files, including everything in my plex folder and Dropbox. Basically, everything in my network . Had to do a clean install of Windows 10 and all programs. I am now uploading my stuff back into Plex. Lucky, I had everything on another hard drive. Yes, I had Malwarebytes running and my virus protection. So watch yourselves
Ahh, ransomware. Gotta love it…
Plex must look into this because it only affected my Plex library folders. I’m really disappointed, it did it once last month so I wiped everything out and I uploaded my stuff back and again I got attacked again. Come on Plex, fix this ■■■■.
