Dears,
attempting to play AAC-HE to several compatible devices, transcoding is always enforced.
Generally it’s a MP4 or MKV with H264 or H265 video.

The same files play fine with hardware or software decoding on same devices.

Any suggestions?

Your log indicates the video and audio can both be direct played. It shows a remote connection with a limit of 2 MBps. It doesn’t say what the bitrate of the video is, but that remote connection limit is more likely causing the transcode.
