This would greatly help those of us with limited upload bandwidth. I only have 5Mbps upload and I limit the remote stream bitrate to 4Mbps. Plex currently forces a second remote stream and transcodes it to a much lower quality in order to fit the remaining bandwidth. I would rather avoid this by limiting the maximum number of remote streams to 1 and have a message pop up in the second remote user’s client that says something like “The maximum number of remote streams has been reached. Please try again in X minutes”.
Was great to get concurrent streams per account, would love to see an overall concurrent stream limit like this as well.
