My vizio smart tv has Plex app installed . To activate says to go online to plex put in code that tv gives (78TV ) changes each try .I subscribed to Plex there is nowhere to put a code therefore I can not watch on TV . Answers please

That is the address I have always used for any activation of any Plex client and it has always worked for me.
To use it you must get the code displayed on your TV and then, on another device, go to that address and enter your code. The TV will then update.
As it should say on the screen you need to put in that code at the following url: https://plex.tv/pin
That will link the tv to your account and allow access to your server.
