Type plex.tv/link into a browser on your PC or Phone, Then enter the code thats displayed on your TV into the box displayed on plex.tv/link.

Be advised that Microsoft Internet Explorer may reject any codes you type in. I have never had any issues with other browsers though. But, if all else fails, try a different web browser. Good luck.
