Accepted into Android Beta program but cannot access it on Play Store (wrong account added?)

Hi there,

I used the sign up form for the Android Beta and received the confirmation email my Google account provided has been added. However when following the link I get an error saying my account is not eligible.

I think Plex may have added the wrong Google account as it is different to my Plex email, but I did specify this correctly in the form.

Who can fix this?

Same here. Received the email from Plex but was denied access at Google Play.

Will try again after a couple of hours.

Same problem here. Email address is correct as far as I can tell.

Same here as well. Received email about acceptance last night around 3am and no access at all in the playstore with the correct email signed in to google.

I came here looking for a solution to the same issue. Using the link supplied in the email gives me an error. Emails look correct!
