Invited to beta, but no Google access

Hello, I registered and was accepted to the Plex beta program yesterday, however I get the below error when navigating to https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.plexapp.android (while signed in with my Google account that is the same email address as my Plex account, which is the same as the one I applied for the beta with):

App not available for this account

Your account isn’t currently eligible for this app’s testing program.

In the email inviting me to the beta program there are a number of links that another forum user indicated were out of date, which included this section: “If you don’t see the beta area or you get a message about permissions, visit forums.plex.tv/sso to get things synced up for your account.”

Since that link no longer exists, what should I do to sync up my account to gain access?

Hey, unfortunately i don’t have a solution, I have the exact same issue.

Got my email that i had been “chosen” on 6 sep. 2018 19:18, but still no access.

Seams something went wrong when they activated this?

Hopefully someone who has some insight can give us some clarity.

I am also having this issue.

I am in same boat. Got the “You’ve been chosen” email and follow the link making sure I’m logged in to proper Google Account and get the “App not available for this account”. On the page that shows this message I can see my avatar and clicking on it shows it is indeed the correct account.
