Access Home User Playlists to add Metadata

Server Version#: 1.40.5.8761
Player Version#: 1.97.2.190

Is there a way that I, the admin, can access playlists that are located in a home user account in so that I can modify the metadata for use with smart playlists?

My brother has created playlists called Chart Toppers, each for 1955 through 1989 according to Billboard. Many of these playlists have 250+ tracks. I would like to edit the metadata so I can make these tracks be available to a smart playlist. Currently I have to log into the admin account, Plex App, and log into the home user account, web, and manually search each track individually in the Plex app to modify the metadata with a custom tag so the smart playlist sees the custom tagged track.

Unfortunately, metadata cannot be viewed or modified from a simple playlist directly regardless of what account you are logged in as. Logged in as the admin you have to click on the album and modify it from there, then return to the playlist to process the next track. Logged in as the Home User you have no permissions to change any metadata.

Do I have any options other than two screens with two accounts?

Thanks
