It appears that when Plex optimized my MKV files that contained subtitles and captions, that the subtitles and captions are no longer included in the files.
Using MediaInfo I looked at the original MKV, the Plex Optimized - Original Quality and the Plex Optimized for TV quality files and notice that it appears that the captions are not included.
How do I get plex to include the captions? This is important for accessibility.
