Hello, I was testing some features of plex and getting to know the website and the app itself when I accidentally reached the danger zone, and clicked on it, and without reading (I tought it was some re authentication form of some kind) I inserted the password and clicked enter, and then I realized that I screwed by doing so.
After that I tried to sign up again with the same username and email and it tells me that it’s already in use, is there anyway to recover my “deleted” account?
I also deleted my account after having problems with the Plex server. When I tried to create a new account, I had message that my user name (which was my email address) was already taken! So I used a different email address to create the account (which works OK) but my primary email address is still “out there” as a taken user name - how do I get it deleted from the Plex system?
I’ve done the same. I was having issues with my account and thought by deleting it and starting over would be the best way to fix it. Of course I didn’t read the warning and went ahead and deleted it. Now I can’t create an account because the username is still in use. I know it will reset in 30 days but I’d like to use it now, can you reset it? I created this account temporarily but the one I’d like to restore is ------------------
