Hi all
Having problems with the account… and well after trying some things it seems to have gotten worse, so I tried to delete it last night, so as to completely re-create it.
well… it does not allow me now to create a account again using the same email address as it says it already exist, but if you try and do a password reset then you get nothing.
Plex email/contact support is responding via auto response, 24-+ hours turn around time …
Any have access to a fast contact at Plex or know how we can fix this,
