I believe I fucked up when I was playing around with their options and accidently selected the option to delete files from the actual computer when i delete those files from Plex website. I fucked up bad I lost almost 200 tv shows and movies… PLS HELP I NEED TO FIND A WAY TO RECOVER THEM???
Plex does not provide a way to recover the media.
That is why the enabling of this option is hidden by the SHOW ADVANCED button and it noted by the following
The owner of the server will be allowed to delete media files from disk.
Do you have a backup?
Does our OS have a trashcan?

Delete Item with a Plex App
It’s possible to directly delete an item from within most Plex Apps if you’ve enabled the ability to do so. Be very careful with enabling and using this ability.
Warning!: Deleting an item this way will immediately remove it from your Library and will also delete the corresponding media file. This will usually place it in your operating system's Recycle Bin or Trash, but it could immediately and permanently delete the item from your disk.
