I recently created this account and purchased the Plex Pass. But now I fefst realized that I already have an older Plex account. But unfortunately I no longer have access to it because the email address no longer exists! However, I had a monthly subscription at the time and so this should still be traceable.
I now have several concerns.
- can I restore the old account?
- can I transfer the newly acquired Plex Pass to the old account and then delete the new account accordingly?
Because I am also concerned about my old forum posts and username.
