Plex Pass

Hello! Chat newbie here. I have been using Plex for years, and when I signed up I used my email at the time. That email is now defunct, and I can’t get into the account to reset my password. I paid the $249 lifetime pass when I signed up. Now I don’t have access to that account so I can’t transfer the Plex Pass to my new set up. Any ideas?

People usually say in cases like this to contact Billing via email (use your current working email or any valid email) for further assistance. They ought to have ways to verify your account, and get it moved to a working email.
