Actors images to a movie in the Plex database are not fetching and missing

Server Version#: Version 1.19.3.2764

I am noticing a issue within the my movies library that the actors images are not fetching when I ‘scan library files’.

Within settings > agent > movies. Is it something due to my settings? Below are the screenshots.

I want my posters, actors list from the TMDb however, I want IMDd for the below categories.

I’m I doing something incorrect which actors images are not being fetched from TMDb?

When I go a movie title and click on the 3 dots and “Fix Match”.

When I scan my library files it is using the Plex movie agent.

Instead of the TMDb agent.

Isn’t their a way to customize the agent where it fetches movies info from:

• Movie posters from TMDb
• Movie actors images from TMDb
• Plot summary from IDMb

Because I can manually select TMDb within the agent under the fix match option however, the plot summary for the movie is also from TMDb whereas I would like it to retrieve from IMDb.

I have been reading that there might be a issue with TMDb API however, as shared if I use the above method, agent TMDb instead Plex Movie, the actors images are fetched. It’s when I use Plex Movie agent, that the actors images are not being fetched…

So I am confused when I read that TMDb is having issues generating actor thumbnails ‘images’.

Also my ask was is there a way for this customize the agent settings and fetches the date for the below categories.

• Movie posters from TMDb
• Movie actors images from TMDb
• Plot summary from IDMb
