Add a filter for Descriptive Audio (for visually impaired)

If you have visually impaired family members you may have noticed there is no way to filter on movies or shows with “Descriptive” audio tracks (i.e. mkv with the visually impaired flag set to true on one of the audio tracks) so, seeing that a filter was recently added for Atmos audio, (thanks, btw!) I was remined that this was a limitation too.

My goal would be to use this feature to make a smart collection to easily access the subset of my collection with this accessibility feature.
I’m not sure if it would go in the audio languages filter as a separate entry e.g. (English, English descriptive, Spanish, Spanish descriptive, etc.)
or as a simple binary flag check like HDR, Atmos or DOVI. Either would work I suppose, though initially I think the latter is more versatile. It would also highlight this underrated and lesser known feature that plex can identify that mkv flag and do something with it.
