I’ve used plex for several years, and I loved it. Even reccomended it to many friends. I’m about it quit it though… and here’s the reason… I can get past many issues…but you do not have an option to scroll silently through the library on PS4. It’s annoyingly loud. So, my family has to find the remote to mute the sound system…then unmute when we’ve selected something to watch. It seems minor, but it completely kills the browsing experience. Easy fix… offer a silent scrolling option on PS4 (and probably other apps as well). Plex is an App, not a band - I don’t want to hear it.
It’s there already. It’s named “Sound feedback” - Just turn that off.
