Silent PLEX playback from Alexa

silent playback from Plex

I say “Alexa open Plex”
Alexa says " Welcome to Plex. Would you like to watch something or shall I play some music"
I say “Play some music”
Alexa says “playing library radio”
then … silence (with a Plex logo on the screen)

What am I missing?
