Several Plex Pass users have reported green screens when using hardware transcoding. According to some responses, it appears to be a compatibility issue involving Intel CPUs. Until the issue is resolved, how about an option to choose either CPU or GPU transcoding for specific videos? This would give users the ability to still enjoy content that’s not working with GPU transcoding. (And I do realize this would just be a band-aid fix to actually solving the real issue with Intel, but it would be a good faith gesture for the interim).
