Plex Media Server has option to start at logon, but, Plex For Windows is unfortunately is not.

Press :window: + R type in shell:startup, press Enter copy the icon of Plex for Windows and paste it into the folder which opened in the previous step

Add "autostart on logon" option to Plex For Windows
