Add border to current selection on gui

It would be great if there was a border around the current selection on the gui. Something like a yellow border. My wife has worsening eyesight and has to move the selection from item to item sometimes to tell what is the currently selected item.

The Android TV app now has this, as of build 8.10.0.

From what I am understanding, this is not the same thing. highlighted / accented corner, indicating played or not played is not necessarily the same thing… when highlighting items you are browsing through the white border just blends, invisibly across the screen and it’s hard to tell which item you are viewing as you navigate across, down back etc.

Also, increase the size of the white border around selected posters. This white border should be positioned around the OUTSIDE of the newly created dark frame. This allows the selected poster to be more clearly identified and differentiated from the other poster tiles, regardless of the poster colors.

In the title text area below each poster tile, INVERT the colors of the text & background on the SELECTED poster. This will further differentiate a selected poster tile from the others.

Make the border “Plex orange,” like the web app, and a little thicker would do it for me. The thin white border is definitely a problem, with so many mostly-white posters.

Inverting/highlighting the captions is also a good idea. I don’t think there would be many “mostly-Plex-orange” posters out there, but just in case…

Can you tell what film is selected??

Please make the border of the selected item Plex Orange and larger than the vignette of the selected item.

This is the application on my set-top box for my television.

I notice strange behavior on my AndroidTV Plex Apps with highlighting items.
I have Nvidia Shield on AndroidTV and TCL TV on GoogleTV, both with Plex App 10.19.4.1255 (d900d530).
On Nvidia Shield highlighting working ok (poster zooming and have bright border), but on TCL TV highlighting have not zooming, thats why difficult to select right item.
How to correct this behavior?

Any update that makes it easier to see what movie/show is selected would be appreciated.
