Add/consolidate filter options for Music between Plex & Plexamp

There are some filters not present on Plex Web that are on Plexamp along with some filters that I think all around would be nice to add for the purpose of smart playlists/collections.

Filters not on Plex Web that are on Plexamp:

  • Codec

Filters not on Plex Web nor Plexamp:

  • Playlist (useful for if you want to create a smart playlist that excludes a set of songs in another playlist)
