Add "Label" as an item in custom filter

“Label” is one of the things I can use in a filter using my personal labels, but I can only filter on one at a time, and only see the items that contain that label. There isn’t a way to filter where the Label is empty.

In order to create that type of filter, one has to use the Custom Filter option, but Label is not one of the fields that can be used in the filter.

Please add Label as one of fields available in the custom filter.
