Add Last Play requested to screen when playing track

I really love Plexamp. Combined with my PMS library, I can essentially duplicate SiriusXM station content for the music I like. And like those stations, artist live on multiple stations. It would be great if Plexamp would display the Playlist, Genre or Artist (radio) I selected to begin listening. I typically Shuffle one of my Smart Playlists. But I can forget which one I last selected. Would be nice for Plexamp to tell me like selecting a station on the ol’ radio.

It is doing that already, right at the top of the home page.
You only need to minimize the player with a single tap on the downward chevron, at the bottom of the player.

Sorry, I don’t see it. I press the Chevron and the player minimizes but I see the list of Account, Source (Music) … yes I selected Music source which is my Library, but what I want to see is what Playlist i selected, and that is not listed or displayed. If I selected playlist Classic Vinyl, that is what I want to see displayed somewhere. Gives me an idea of the kind of music I decided to play.

That means you are in the Settings menu.
Just tap on the leftmost icon to get to the home screen.

Yes, I see that the Home screen will display the most recent “play requests” and yes this would provide the functionality - however, from a user point of view (albeit a user with a free app), I feel my request would provide a more complete look and feel. Again, allowing some degree of customization (adding a “Display Recent Plays” option in settings to display the current Play request) on the active play screen when playing would satisfy my request. Look, you can tap on the album cover during play to get the animation of the bouncing bars, why not allow the user to display something more useful. After all, this is a Feature Suggestion.

Would you please contact Elan regarding this request to at least discuss?
