Add Movie/Episode/TV Show Title and Season/Episode Number to Playback Progress Bar

It would be great to have these details available on the playback progress bar, just in case you wanted to check to look up information on my tablet regarding a movie/episode whilst it is being viewed.  This would save having to press stop, and play again!

Apologies, left out that rather important detail!

Would be great to see it in the Windows client! From where I presume it would eventually come to the other clients such as Rokus etc too?

What windows cilent?

Windows 8 metro / 'modern'

or plex home theater (PHT)?

Plex for windows 8 shows the info if you move your mouse. I do feel I should note however that Plex for windows 8 can't direct play MKVs but PHT can.

Plex Home Theater you can press tab and it shows the previous menu thing and it keeps playing in the background but you can't see it at all. (just audio and when you resume it has to speed up the video to catch up for a second)

Apologies, still leaving out important details!!

I was referring to PHT. I’m aware this can be done though as you say, you can no longer see the video, would be great it you could see the info whilst the video is playing, by simply bringing up the video playback progress bar.

I agree the UI for PHT could be made better in that way. If it looked similar to Plex for Windows 8 while playing a video that would be pretty sweet.
