Currently the “grid view” style is just a long endless of scrolling up and down, which i find it to be stressfull to both the server host machine and me personally.
Here is why…
I find that scrolling when using “grid view” to be very erm…“not so smooth”, especially when you have large libraries. I’ve faced with this particular situations before where reducing the amount of thumbnails displaying on the screen and just devide it into pages made a difference. I dont think the choppy scrolling has anything to do with my laptop or the machine that runs the server because both machines have good specs. Other styles of view, list and summary view, scrolls smoothly with list being the smoothest because there are no thumbnails to display, but thumbails makes your library beautiful to look at it.
