Add second server to account

Just did a brand new install on a new server. After the install I access the URL (/web) to set it up. I log into my account and then the website defaults to my existing server with no option to configure the new server. If I manually add /setup to the URL, I get to configure my existing server media libraries and name. Sometimes it just tells me that my account is not authorised to access this server. How do I configure this second server so I can add media and run it ?

It sounds like the new server is not claimed.

Try using the UserCredentialReset Utility: GitHub - ChuckPa/UserCredentialReset: User Credential Reset utility for Plex. Click on latest on right to download.

It will claim the new server, binding it to your account.
