Unless I’m missing it, I don’t see any easy way to to this. I have 15 friends which I share libraries with, but I don’t want every library shared, so when I added them I selected the ones they could see. Recently, I added a new library that I wanted to share, and as far as I can tell, theres no easy way to share it with all 15 people at once. I had to open each of the friends one by one, then add the library, then move on to the next. Not a huge deal by any means but would be nice to be able to do it both ways, the current way of opening a “friend” and seeing what they have access to, and the way I’m proposing of opening a library and seeing who all it’s shared with.
