As of right now, you can delete watch history by marking an item as unwatched in Plex Web. However, I think there are plans afoot to change this behavior soon:
I’d very much like to retain the ability to delete the locally-maintained watch history through Plex Web as well. After all, how can something have a watch history if it is unwatched (or marked as such)?
