Is there a faster way to add tracks from my tidal subscription with plex into a regular plex playlist other than one by one??? One of the appeals of integrating plex with tidal is it allows me to play some of my own flac and the tidal stuff which you can’t do in the tidal app but I don’t know how to bath add all the stuff from tidal and the stuff I want from plex into a playlist together.
Thanks for the help.
Anyone have any word on this? I have hundreds of Tidal tracks that I would like to add to Plex playlists. Doing them one by one is extremely tedious, and not having an option to select several at a time for moving them is frankly stupid…
Are you saying you want to add all the Tidal tracks you’ve favourited to a playlist, or just some of them?
In the iOS app you can tap and hold to bring up a contextual menu and choose “select multiple” which seems to be what you’re looking for.
I’ve found that interacting with Tidal and creating playlists via Plex waaaay better than using Tidal’s own app.
Thanks for your response and trying to help. I did exactly what you suggested, and you’re right, I can select multiple items, but then, I can only move those items to other TIDAL playlists.
I need to be able to move them to Plex playlists.
Did you ever find a solution to this?
Unfortunately no. I ended up unsubscribing after contacting Plex directly, and they confirmed that there’s no way to do this. Hopefully Plex will get this figured out in the future.
