It seems that the rating “TV-Y7” does not sort into a managed user with restricted content. I would suggest that this either be added to “Younger Kid” or an option for it to be added as an approved rating be part of a future update.

TV-Y7 is allowed in the “Older Kid” and “Teen” profiles.
It isn’t allowed in “Younger Kid”.
Are you seeing something different?
The rating system and labels seem crazy.
TV-Y7 is described as “hard G”.
But it’s also described as “older kid”.
Quickest solution is probably to choose “None” as the restriction profile, instead configuring any desired restrictions manually.
