Adding a new country

Hi,

I wanted to know if there is any way someone (like me) can help speeding up adding support for a country for LiveTV & DVR? Should I try to find reliable EPG sources and share them with you? Or is there a way that Plex can ask for EPG from the tuner itself? Is there a roadmap maybe for adding more countries?

I live in Hungary, and we only have just a couple of channels, but it would be great to utilise Plex to watch them.

We’ve got a thread you can find here where we have had users post requests to add new countries. We partner with Gracenote for our EPG data, and can only use official sources for such data. We are working with Gracenote to get additional countries added, which involves going through some contracts. I’ll be providing an update in that thread.
