Adding files from a USB drive

Hello. Under Mint I need to add files from a USB hard drive. From the system file manager it shows up as

/media/bj/System F
media_2 is the media sub directory. From Plex add libraries I cannot browse to there. If I paste the path it does not work. Is there some way I can make this work?
