I added an ersatz server to plex and it was working great. I have changed my host machine for ersatz and now I can’t add the tuner to plex. I have successfully added my new server to plex (it shows up on the pin menu). When I try to add the ersatz server manually, I get an error message shortly after that says there was a problem adding. The old ersatz server and the new one are both on the same network. Why can’t plex find my server in the setup plex tuner options? I have a plex pass. When the server was hosted on my old laptop, plex added the tuner no problem. I did not migrate the server. I built a new one on the new device.
