Unable To Add DVR Tuner Issue

I recently deployed a second PLEX server. I am using a HDHomerun connect tuner. Shortly there after, the PLEX server will no longer see the HDHomerun tuner. I have tried multiple attempts to add the tuner in LIVE TV DVR. I have attempted to both search for the tuner or add via IP address. The only devices in my subnet are the gateway, PLEX Server and HDHomerun tuner. I am able to both ping and web into the tuner. I have removed and reinstalled the plex server multiple times. Each time I try, I receive the message “We couldn’t find any hardware we recognize, but will continue to look for available devices.”

This seems like a trivial issue, but am running out of solutions. Has anyone encountered this issue?

If you are just setting up this server it is probably easier to stop the server and delete the database file “com.plexapp.plugins.library.db” and then start over. Uninstalling and reinstalling would only replace the executables and dll’s, it doesn’t touch any user data that is there.

Thank you for your replay and suggestion. It turned out that previous db files were present. I removed the db files, and let PLEX rebuild new db files upon the next restart. I was then able to add in the new tuner. The config has remained solid over a couple test restarts of the system.
