Adding Support for TV Everywhere Websites for Content Providers

Feature Request: Add TV Everywhere to Live TV Dvr

Channels DVR has recently added the ability to pull in TV Everywhere channels through your current cable subscription. [TV Everywhere Support] It is a nice addition because these streaming channels do not use up a tuner (currently use a hdhomerun Prime and cable card) and there are sometimes (depending on cable provider) more channels than what you get through your cable.
