I was wondering if plex is planning on adding similar functionality like getchannels plus. ( been able to add tv subscriptions for live viewing) or if a third party plug in exsist to do something similar.

I would like to see this as well. I could then have one unified viewing experience. Now more bouncing to different apps.

It is a nice addition because these streaming channels do not use up a tuner (currently use a hdhomerun Prime and cable card) and there are sometimes (depending on cable provider) more channels than what you get through your cable.
