If you sync a series by number of items and don’t select unwatched only, it defaults to the oldest episodes.
I would love the ability to select oldest or newest first - that way you could have the newest content stay on my device until the next episode becomes available.

You can do a lot of things with the filter system, but the fact that it only applies to the top level listing of content ends up being really limited. I would love to see more options for sorting and filtering in the Series and Season content sections, but if nothing else, just being able to sync in reverse sort like kdub454 suggests would be amazing.
