Advanced Config Settings

Hi all

New to Plex having been using Raspbmc for a while and I have a query about some of the advanced config settings I have used in Raspbmc and whether they can be used in Plex (or even need to be used).  The reason I have used these settings on Raspbmc was because I scheduled a reboot during the early hours of each morning and there were occasions when I did that I would get no picture on the TV the next time I was ready to watch.  Some of the settings I have for Raspbmc are as follows:

hdmi_ignore_cec_init=1
hdmi_ignore_cec=1
hdmi_force_hotplug=1
hdmi_ignore_edid=0xa5000080
hdmi_group=1
hdmi_mode=31
hdmi_force_edid_audio=1

Is there a need to use these settings in Plex, can they be used, would there be an impact in using them?

If they can be used then do they just get added to the config.txt file?

Cheers

Yes they can be used, just add them to the end of your config.txt file, not sure whether you need them all, but everyone's set up is different.

Cool thanks.  I suppose if I have them added and they don't get used it won't cause any issues one way or another......
